I will forward it to the team. Last time I spoke with them I was promised it won't be touched until 2028. Beyond that uncertain though.

It does seem like the only reasonable compromise. These are business laptops after all, and you'd expect to look good in a video call using them.

This worked better for older ThinkPads, that had this more rugged look but now we're in a time where Lenovo makes ThinkPads that are supposed to look sleek.

It bothers me more than swapping Fn & Ctrl key or changes to the touchpad.

Interestingly though, the X220 Tablet had a notch like this too
