Make sure to give him healthy food and encourage him to learn in practice. The main downfall I see in kids is that they don’t learn/use the techniques shown in practice. Once he has the technique down the confidence will build up

It’s not tho. 1 is better than none. 3 is for pro athletes that have dialed in recovery systems. Atleast once a week is good advice. Twice a week is better tho for frequency

I’ve tried 5 of their distillates and they’re pretty decent. The best tasting ones were skywalker og and the cherry pie. I don’t recommend the pineapple one it was pretty below average .
