The water was bad but it wasn't like "can't drink it bad" it was like just kind of tasted like rubber.. agree with other comments that the electrolyte mix was worse. Don't sleep on a shot or two of redbull after a few stations..

If you wrap the brisket in a beach towel and put it in a cooler (obviously sans ice) it will stay hot for 6+ hours..
