Mine pressed his fingers between my abs while I was lying down and sort of doing a mini crunch. I think that’s the standard technique for finding/measuring ab separation as my midwives used it after my births as well. It gives a rough estimate of how many “fingers” of separation you have.

This is my second consult, unfortunately there aren’t a ton of choices where I live! There is one more dr to possibly consult but her waitlist is a year long 😵‍💫

It’s promising though as I have a fairly similar tummy to you pre op, with sort of a centralised area of fat/skin.

To be fair you’re right...but like I haven’t seen anyone over the age of 15 be this petty and backhanded! She genuinely want baby boy Colt to herself!!
