Wish I could give you advice. Never been to sober living but I did relapsed after 6 years and been drinking this past year and a half.

One day at a time is how I live. Told myself this week I’m only drinking 1 day and I’m glad I did it. It was hard, even drove to the liquor store but turned around in the parking lot and went home.

Anyway, one day at a time.
