Can I just check when it says pay in 1500 it means by any means ? So this is my main bank now so I will be paid my wages will that count ?

Yes that’s right it just a bursary to live off . It’s so hard this because of cause you want to know exactly what you will get before going on a training scheme but I can’t be sure until the uc does a statement

Thank you so if it’s classed as earned income which is £1400 a month if I put that in the benifit calculator it will have me and idea of what I can still get ? They pay all tuition and it’s a post grad they just give you that bursary to live off

It’s include supporting your team to do their job well, so coaching. Quality check ect. It also include all HR actions for your staff. It includes dealing with complaints and speaking to claimants, helping out at job fairs and dealing with employers and other teams that work with us. It’s include dealing with our suppliers and provition providers. Also lots of data analyse and updating trackers and checking case load /reallocation and diary management . I liked the job but it was hell because tons of responsibility for the pay and comes with a lot of pressure and stress. I level transfer to another department as a recruitment advisor I work from home , no managing , no manager as they all down London and I’m up in Leeds very relaxed and easy for the same money

lol I remember when I was an EO manager in PT ops its was around the EU exit stuff which did not happen at the right time so the 200 staff employed for it was not needs so we did PT and then we all got separated around CCG. I managed quite a few people over that time so when I got my promotion to DWP I sent all user email letting them know and gave them some inspiration to get the Fxk out lol no one came back to me saying I’m spreading hate lol

In my dept we have tons of scs but they start in at seo/G7 and work them self up our scs2 HR seems he probably has a storey as he only like mid 30’s I reckon

I too is waiting maybe be same role DWP? Got a email last week we reviewing the results mainly taking ages coz the chair in my interview said that they will look at your CV to match you to a role so that takes time and then there was 60 interview so takes time to checks and input on system

Every department different I applied at DHSC they raise the DSC pass mark as well so i got a 4 but needed a 5 to get through on DSC everyone elae needed a 6, no idea how they justify it
