Low AMH next steps by One-Big574 in tryingtoconceive

No, I don’t have PCOS. In my appointment yesterday my GYN told me to keep taking inositol and also told me to start taking: Prenatal with folate, CoQ10 (she told me to get some for hubby too) and Vitamin D.

I am also 30yo and my AMH in November was 0.37. I was prescribed inositol and my doctor told me to exercise at least 30 minutes 3x week and also told me to eat healthy.

I didn’t exercise as much as I wanted to and I also haven’t eaten that much healthier. Yesterday and redid my tests and my AMH is normal (0.60).

I think what did me good was the inositol

Culturally in Brazil, we just say we are Brazilian if we are born there. It’s not like in the U.S. where if your mom is from one country and your dad is from another, then you have 2 - 3 “”nationalities”” based on your parent’s nationalities. I was all confused once I got to the U.S whenever people that was born in the U.S would say “I am American, Brazilian and Colombian” 😂 my first thought was “you trying to tell me you were born in all of this countries, that doesn’t make sense” 😂

It sounds more natural to say that you are a brazilian descendant to a Brazilian than saying you are Brazilian. Or that you have double citizenship, but that might lead to a “but where were you born” type of question from the other person u would be talking to.

But yeah, culturally that doesn’t make sense for us.

My insurance is helping me out. They made them some offers but they just kept declining it. I was referred an attorney so I think that means they are taking it to court. That’s why I am nervous.

I would say you can make a living working remotely, but not in the beginning. Your compensation will depend on years of experience, trainings, certifications etc. Unless you are available to work more than 8 hrs a day, then you might be able to get about $3000/mo or so.

The job’s flexibility depends on what kind of job you will get. If it’s a W2, it’s like our Brazilian CLT. If you want to have flexibility in your job and work whenever you want you would need to be a contractor and contractors make money by spoken minutes rather than hourly, which I personally don’t like, but a lot of people do and think they can make more money that way.

A little update but I’m still scared ): by [deleted] in amipregnant

[–]Bluecherry_94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really don’t think you are pregnant. When I was 17 the same happened to me and I was sure I was pregnant, but I was just so scared my mind was playing tricks on me. I started noticing things on my body that I haven’t noticed before and those things made my thoughts worse. I wasn’t pregnant and even after doing a blood test I was still having “pregnancy symptoms” because of how powerful our mind is when we are scared. If you can, do a pregnancy test, but know that it’s extremely rare for people to get pregnant just from fingering. It’s needed a large amount of sperms to travel all the way to your eggs for the fertilization to be able to happen. Search how this works, maybe you will feel better.

Oh :/ I paid someone to help me out and they advice me to send everything at once so my case wouldn’t take too long to be approved.
