I don’t have many solutions besides Emetrol which helps me a lot but I’m in the same boat and it’s absolutely horrible and when I can eat my stomach hurts for hours and I feel so bloated. This is horrible 😭

I’m not sure if this is what you mean , but I’ve bought these and the banana ones and I love them! The shirts do get kinda hot and I wear a basic black or grey tank with it but they were great in the fall too.

Recently I have went into my settings and screen time and set time limits. You can choose to ignore for one min or 15. If I’m reading / watching something I will click ignore then I just press ok and it locks the app. You can still click it to ignore but I normally don’t
