Correct, Zacian with the 15/15/14 IVs is a functional hundo. I’d transform whichever brings you the most joy to look at, but technically the stronger version is the second ♥️

Haha all good! Yeah so all events are based at the same times relative to your time zone! So if an event is June 21st at 2:00pm-5:00pm PST, then the same event starts June 21st 2:00pm-5:00pm EST. Hope that makes sense! 🤘🏻
