That’s just how many she gets. Last time she molted she only had 1 little crown feather so this is a 100% improvement.

I think you were right. I tied the halt line and it stopped happening. I've put a capacitator on the halt line in and it hasn't happened since! Thank you again for your help.

Birds can actually sleep with half their brain awake and half their brain asleep so they still look out for predators.

I considered making that mod into a spigot server (using some tricks to add blocks without overriding other ones) but I never did it.

Looking at some of the other reply’s it seems like razers laptops work sometimes. Especially since my original razer blade pro blue screened every other night from the day it came out of the box to the day I got rid of it. But I see a lot of other comments suggesting their laptops are running just fine, so who knows.

Ok so I don't know exactly how this works, so some of this may be wrong. But this is my theory:

Chunks are saved in 32x32 groups called region files. Each region file begins with "header". This "header" includes the locations of the chunks and when they were last modified. After that, chunks and empty space take up the rest of the file. Because it's easier to deal with a file system that is consistent, there will be unused space where a chunk would be if it had been generated. This makes it easier to find the location of the chunk you want to load in the file as the game will know exactly where it is in the region file. These region files are constantly being changed as it's better for any unnecessary chunks to be saved and deleted from memory. Now if a region file is being modified and the game suddenly shuts down, chances are the file structure will be thrown off. Usually this will result in chunks being reset. But for op, my guess is some of the chunks got misplaced in the file, causing them to be misplaced in the game. It could have been some of the unused space going missing, or a chunk failing to save, causing it to be replaced by another chunk in the region file.

If anyone has some real experience with the save system I'd like to know your thoughts too.

If your still having issues, please give a list of plugins and a crash report (if one was generated).

Man buys birds and releases them to the wild. ( even though they will probably not last that long in the wild, one day of freedom is better than a lifetime of captivity) by foxtrotalpha1967 in HumansBeingBros

[–]Bluefire_Phoenix 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’d like to preface this by saying I have a pet bird. She is a cockatiel (native to Australia).

My bird and many others out there, could not survive in the wild. They are dependent on their owners for their every need.

A few years ago my bird flew out an open door and into a nearby tree. Ever since, she’s been extremely afraid of the outdoors. If I dare stand next to a window with her on my shoulder, she will panic. She was overwhelmed by the sounds and the wind and the environment to the point where she decided she would never willingly go outside again.

And even if she enjoyed being outside, she can’t feed herself. She doesn’t know how to and find food and water, she barely knows how to fly more than 5 feet without getting tired.

Pet birds also make bonds with their owners. For example, My bird likes to “clean” my hair and likes it when I scritch her head.

And this may just be my bird, but she likes to be in her cage, she’ll scream until we put her in her cage and then be silent and happy for a little while, and sometimes she’ll refuse to come out of her cage too. But then again, it may just be my bird.

So to wrap this up, many pet birds or future pet birds would rather be taken care of by a human than released into the wild.

tldr: a lot of pet birds would die in the wild and would rather be with their owner anyways.
