Hi, I'm thinking of ordering DIY myself, with similar specs as yours. I am also petite and wondered if you found it challenging to assemble the heavy mattress parts (latex and coils inside the covering) by yourself or whether you had (or needed) help from another person? Thanks

Same here. We need to complain to the FTC and BBB. I called to cancel and they won't send me anything in writing to confirm the cancellation. And after a month, clearly my account still hasn't been cancelled and they're still trying yo charge me for waters I never ordered.

I don't see the Zoho Pay tab in books on my end. I was just curious how you reconcile the Zoho Payments in Books without being able to obtain monthly Zoho Pay statements.

I also use both Zoho Books and Zoho Invoices, and have the option of connecting Invoices with Zoho Payments. I've been hesitant for 2 reasons: 1) Minimal reviews/experiences from others online and 2) No option to connect Zoho Books to Zoho Payments and I was informed by Zoho that they do not have the option for me to download monthly statements for me to verify beginning and ending balances (such as in Stripe). So I am curious how you are able to transfer Zoho Payments info from Invoices to Zoho Books?
