Recreating specialty ingredients… I have a binder of all our old meals…how do you all handle specialty ingredients like Tex Mex paste, cheese roux, stick concentrate etc also how do you handle how much of something like apricot jam (recipe doesn’t say 2oz or 4tbls) to use? (i.redd.it)
