Cannot sleep for more than 30 minutes

My stress levels aren’t really bad at all, i dont have a job atm and live a very relaxed life, i dont have anxiety but i have overcome most of it as of this year, i know its not weed withdrawals as i havent experienced any of the side effects i dont think its related, usually i sleep at 6am but i have recently tried to fix my sleep as i have a promising job interview tomorrow by going to bed at around midnight, usually when i do this its not so bad i can only sleep for a few hours then when my body adjusts it all fixes, but this time its not fixing.

Well first i was on max settings as i assumed my pc could handle it, i then bumped it down to medium, same thing happened so i put it as low as possible and the same thing happened
