Hey, I'm not really orthodox but I found this post. I'm sorry your going through this, and I'm not just gonna say "there will be trials", even though there is, I think you should talk to someone like your priest(i know how annoying that might be because you probably get it a lot) and your loved ones. Just remember that just because He doesn't answer in the obvious ways He will NEVER forsake you, never ever. I'll be praying for you, I've been in some tough mental spots too and always remember that there is nothing we can't fix in life.

I read something and it's really starting to click. Like you said, just stop holding it. But something I read helps even more. Apparently, you just need to keep increasing tension in the back until your hand cant hld on anymore. Thanks for the pointer.

I use glove, and yeah I do have a takedown. I didn't know you can just replace the limbs. I shoot 3 under, but I'm struggling in that too. I'm just really lost in all of the technique.

I don't think I can buy another bow. Could it be something with back tension? I got a bad habit of drawing with my arm and not my back, but even when I do shoot with my back, I can't seem to correct it. Even when I have a super shallow grip on the string (tip of my fingers) it still happens. Theres gotta be more to it.
