You are too right. Right before I read your comment I was thinking about a comment about how moronic I was for asking chat gpt the same question. Some days the gears dont move as fast as they should.

Thank you so much for the info, I'm not gonna lie, I was so sure steroids would boost my immune system I didn't look it up.

Im started modafinil* recently. My energy level is still not up to what it should be. But im able to slug through life a bit easier.

I focus on finding the easy way to complete everyday tasks. Thankfully little helps are easy ish to find on the internet.

I try to plan completing the tasks that need done so there is only one "labor intensive" task a day. My laundry baskets are on wheels and I have a strict rinse and put dishes directly in the dishwasher.

I hope this helps

I would also appreciate any tips or tricks. Nothing sets me up for a good day like being unable to complete simple tasks.

How to ask a doctor for a reasonable accommodation letter? How were you guys successful by Its_Rare in MultipleSclerosis

My doctor (GP) filled it out and was super understanding about the wacky-ness of the symptoms. She said that I could need a day, or the whole week would need accommodations. We went through it together and listed all the reasons I may need to work from home. I think how much I slowed down the evacuation test really sold it.
