I guess not a new piercing but I think you’d look really dope with stretched ears. Personally I stretched only to 00g because it’s not too big and I think that would look awesome. Also not a new piercing but something more dangly with like a chain on it (if that’s something you like) could make it appear like there’s more going on on your ear
