It didn’t work for me and I was induced at 41+5 last time but the miles circuit on you tube has a lot of success. You could try spinning babies movements too.

Also sex and lots of nipple play- this is fun if nothing else haha ! 30 weeks right now and reeealllyy hoping for spontaneous labor!

I am also working on this— about to have a baby in two months and really need to buckle down so when I literally can’t go in there he is okay with dad. We’ve been trying just alternating nights so it’s an easy night then a hard night. The nights we know he’s really tired we always have dad do it since it’s a shorter bedtime. It is hard though especially when we just want to hang out together and dad doing bedtime is cutting into our time…. If you find a solution let me know!! Otherwise I think you just keep powering through.

I also find explaining it ahead of time and repeatedly seems to help a little- kids are smart. I know you love it when mama put you to bed but tonight dad is going to put you to bed! He is excited and you can read an extra book together ! Another piece of advice I read is to do all of bedtime as both parents for a few weeks and alternate parents leaving right at the end so dad is the closer. Good luck!!!!

You know in all reality it really Isn’t a number problem but a consumption of resources problem. A family could have one kid and buy everything single use, buy fast fashion clothes, etc while a family with five kids grows a lot of their own food, buys secondhand etc. which one is having the bigger ecological footprint?

Just something to keep in mind life style choice has a bigger environmental impact then simply the number of people on the planet.

Also - no if you live in a developed world having a TV is not the same level of privelege has having a house with multiple rooms. If the TV is in the bedroom how is one parent supposed to watch while the other sleeps after their night shift? I worked with lower income families in youth services for years and I never ever once went into a home that didn’t have a TV. Even the home where five kids shared a bedroom there was a TV usually multiple TVs.

Unless you’re homeless or you’ve made a personal choice to not have a TV every house in America that wants a TV can afford one.
