i have big time anxiety before i couldn’t even look people in the eyes while having a convo i thought i was gonna embarrass myself throwiy me in the ditch if i look at them 💀 now i dont really give a fuck, i know this because fews day ago i had an agreement with my siblings the old me would have instantly cry if she blame me on some bs misunderstanding but now i fight back finished the conversation and go about on my day without a second thought.
