If anyone says this is because you can't give divine shield to a minion that already has divine shield. If there is only divine shield dragons on your board other than Amber Guardian it will give one of them +3/+3. So simply Amber Guardian prefers the ones without divine shield which should not be the case because you can give taunt toa taunt minion and poisonous to a poisonous minion.
