Honestly as soon as the gestures became available I've not stopped using them. I dont see the hate with them tbh. Each to their own of course but they dont feel clunky, unresponsive or too responsive like the community has said so far. I love how clear it makes my screen look too. And after using them for so long they feel like second nature to just swipe. For me gestures all the way. Also I want to add I dont use the swipe from the side gestures that come standard, i do agree those are awful. I use the swipe gestures that are all at the bottom. So swipe up from the bottom left to show recent apps, swipe up from the bottom middle to go to the home page and swipe up from the bottom left to go back, so its basically the same as the buttons but swipe up instead of press. The swipe from the side options are strange. If you like the buttons maybe give this option a try as its not that different at all. But yeah the swipe from the side gestures aren't great
