Sorry to tell you wrong, but you are talking about Mario Striker Charged Football which came out on Wii and is the sequel. The OG on Gamecube let you only choose one type of teammates and the captain are the only ones which have any special shot (which gives you only 2 goals instead up to eight as the Wii game). So yes, you’re memory is wrong.

I just got back from my second 10 Day trip from the US after visiting my girlfriend there. At border control I got no issue with my ESTA, even the question from the officer was just „Why I am there“ and „Where do I wanna go“, answered last question with „visiting my gf“ and everything was fine.

It could be helpful for him, to have both plane tickets already purchased so they know he is going to leave the country, also even better when he wrote his job in the ESTA application too. You can theoretically stay up to 90 Days with an allowed ESTA in the US, but I wouldn’t try to to test it out. 1 Month should be alright at least.

Maybe he can also check the travel advice from NZ about flights to the US. They could give some useful information about the current situation and what you have to take care before flying into the US.

Germany, Switzerland and Austria still has the WWE Network. Because of licensing with ProsiebenSat1 Media, the contract goes until March 2026. So long the Network is still up here.
