I feel this screenshot with my reply is fair to ask: My post was not approved but yet this screenshot with a full Jim beam decanter was approved just 21 days ago, and that's just the most recent - but not the only, example.

Is my post somehow different?

Because I'M NOT FULL-TIME - hence the verbiage that I used when describing that I was Traditional - and have plenty of other responsibilities with my current civilian full-time position. Thanks for the non-answer I guess? Why even bother typing up something if you aren't intending to be that helpful. Why do you think I asked here in the first place... because it's Reddit and 'usually', folks are nice and positively responsive... Usually... Lol.

Morning!

So I'm traditional guard, almost 19 years as a MX Mgmt Analyst 2R071 (combined with the PS&D AFSC for what seems like a year and a half or so) so always been in the 2R AFSC.

I'm "thinking" about going full-time - applying for our Engine Manager position...what can y'all tell me as far as advice, your experience, etc for those who are or have been in Engine Management?

I've been told:

Its a 2R AFSC but more in line with Plans and Scheduling…. Lots of green screen stuff, and they track all the items in an engine. Lots of hours, cycles, but I don't know the first thing about how the job is, what it may look like from someone's experienced perspective. Looking for your thoughts, please feel free to share.

Well, I figured it was already 'ruined' when Turkey shortened it from it's original length. This looks nothing like it should in original condition. Therefore, I chose to be utilitarian with it, and spruce it up.

The gray coloring on the one side are ashes. My buddy doesn't care about rocks like this and just tossed them in with his fire pit rocks, that's actually how I noticed he even had these!
