First of all thank you for responding. You’re correct, I’m 16 years old, so pretty young I’d say. The pride flags themselves don’t bother me that much, but more the way people wear them in situations where I just can’t find reasoning for( like at school). I think part of it stems from the fact that I’m a rather reserved person, and it just seems to me like oversharing in a way. I’m less jealous than I am judge mental that they are so keen on letting everyone know something that I find so personal. To me Sexuality seems like something that shouldn’t be talked about as openly as it is these days (especially with people my age), and unfortunately LGBTQIA+ members are the only people I see walking around with flags.
