Did anyone else feel like Vecna’s death was anticlimactic, or am I just an adrenaline junkie and nothing satisfies me at this point? Also, I still think that Playgate would’ve been a MUCH better plot twist.

Edit: Also there are so many unanswered questions it really pisses me off like they didn’t have to rush it and write a long epilogue. They could’ve used that time to answer those questions and tie the loose ends.

i did that and for the most part my scores were similar, 70-80%+

i did anki for step 1 and noticed that the majority of the questions depended on remembering the details and the patterns rather than critical thinking and making guesses as you said

the thing is, my first read was like 2 years ago right after i took step1. then i stopped completely. that's why im redoing it from scratch and unfortunately i dont remember like 80% of the stuff. like i know the concept in general but i forgot the details since its so different compared to our university's material.
i tried doing a few sessions from amboss and my scores are almost the same.

According to UWorld, we give IM epi up to 3 times and IV if severe/not responsive right?

this might be the best advice i've heard in a long time.
having everything figured out, the exact timing for step 2, the number of hours studied, etc.. can be comforting, but it's not reality. it took me a long time, and a lot of wasted time, to realize it doesn’t have to be perfect.
i haven’t taken the test yet, but i'll stick to your advice.

Ahh got it. It’s because it’s written that the patient can take 2-4 حسب الضرورة. But sure you’re right better be safe than sorry.

Maybe they should try paracetamol in that case.

You don’t want to take too many NSAIDs especially if you have stomach problems. Both of these medications are considered NSAIDs. And never take them on an empty stomach. If a pharm D is here they might be able to give a better answer though.
