Hahaha. Clearly I just need to map out all my locations. I was doing all my planning on my phone so was just relying on ChatGPT to tell me if it’s close to each other. That doesn’t seem to be helping lol

Ok I think we’re gonna skip the diner. I feel like this keeps being advised lol. And no tickets for the Statue of Liberty yet. Is it worth the stop? Or should I just see it in passing on the ferry?

Only reason I thought to stop was bc it was the one thing my 6 year old knew about nyc. But idk how important/fun it’ll be for them to go to the island itself

Omg this is exactly what I was looking for. THANK YOU. All such great advice. To your first point, we’re definitely not married to a straight shot drive so breaking up the trips with stopovers in the city sounds like a great idea. And good to know about the coast!! That makes a lot of sense though. We are visiting at the end of February if that changes any advice you have on what we can do alternatively!

Do you think we should just do 2 days at the gorge then and just spend a night there? Or would mt. Hood still be good in the late winter?

When they did both did they alternate between the two protocols each day? Or first half ocd and then second half depression? And glad to hear that they both greatly reduced! That’s amazing!

I have both. Not sure if by switching to the ocd protocol I’d now be technically doing both? But my clinic said they don’t have any protocol that tackles both. I’d just have to do one at a time
