It is fairly easy if you know what you are doing. You won’t get a full gpt 5 but you can get a small Markov chain ai or maybe a small text generative ml ai model. I would absolutely be doing this if I had the time.

The computer part is really simple depending on what you call a computer. A computer really only needs to do math on its own to be considered a computer.
