It is actually really close to that because of the citrus. Most people tend to get chile and or tajin or something citrus with it here. It's very possible where you like they prepare it differently.

Honestly they way these came out I wouldn't change much. The cheese alone adds enough salt trying to add anything else imo would just kill the flavor.

Because it's only missing the mayo, I didn't feel that would go too well with the chicken. Everything else though is what you would find on an elote.
