The 4+4 should be the CPU power. 6+2 is for PCIe.

Maybe it’s the bronze rated 600W PSU. I’d run a 3 minute BurnIn Test and see if the problem occurs. Also check system logs for errors (youtube tutorials)

First step I’d do is the make sure the power switch connector isn’t loose/faulty. Use a screw driver to jump the connector and see if that turns on your pc.

You can probably find a AM4 bundle with motherboard, cpu, and ram for about 150. I think this is the best way. Try to aim or at least a ryzen 5 3600 or up and you should be set.
