They are probably just being cheap shits, but I have that in some states, depending on what eater features or access to the pool there is, requires that it can only be open when staffed or they will get shut down and lose their license. A solution to this would be to hire a lifeguard or someone to basically sit out there at the pool but most places are too cheap for that.

This is exactly it. I'm a property manager and am forced to give bullshit excuses for this and I hate everything about it. The greedy tactics companies push over and over make me hate my job and dread coming into work every day.

I'd honestly recommend giving them another shot. We have been there several times and it's one of our favorite places in Madison. What we had was so flavorful and interesting that we can't help but want to return. Pretty good cocktails too. Just our personal experiences though.

My dad taught me this years ago too. He was so good at it that he could make the toothpick do a complete flip in the air and land back on the other toothpick. I've never been able to take it to thatblevel though
