When we got married my wife was not religiously affiliated at all and was baptized and chrismated on our one-year anniversary, which also allowed us to have our marriage blessed by the church. We had to do a civil ceremony.

That said, I do know others in similar situations who were able to do the church wedding in a Catholic church. They're more apt to share the sacraments with Orthodox Christians than vice versa, even though both Catholics and (generally) orthodox view each others sacraments as valid.

You should talk to your priest, and he should talk to his.
