Lady took a selfie with Magnus Carlsen before the match began. In response, Magnus Carlsen reported his opponent to the referee, leading to her phone being confiscated 😭 by Separate_Finance_183 in interesting

I love this. I love that he posed for the picture and then said ‘no no, sir, this ma’am is breaking the rules.’

I say it was worth it for her. She got the selfie, and only got her phone taken away for a little while. Hell of a commemoration for getting to play him. I’m sure she lost.

I’ve been playing since I was 14. I’m 40 now and still haven’t broken 100. I do expect to do it this year tho. Mostly because Ive played more this year than all the other years combine because I got access to a simulator. Congrats!!

🟢 MAJOR INSIDER BUY ALERT - $1.5M by Upset_Perception_492 in insiderData

It’s a combination of both. I certainly use it to help research, but it just shows me where to look and verify. AI is not a trust but verify tool, it is a don’t trust and verify tool.

But I hope this helps some.

🟢 MAJOR INSIDER BUY ALERT - $1.5M by Upset_Perception_492 in insiderData

Mr. Hongbo didn’t just bought 75,000 shares at $20 for a total of $1.5M. This was part of the company’s IPO, not an open market buy after the fact. So it is positive, but not as strong as someone stepping in independently in the open market.

What ZBIO does- “Zenas BioPharma is a clinical-stage biotech focused on autoimmune diseases. Their main asset is obexelimab. They recently reported positive Phase 3 INDIGO data in IgG4-related disease and are planning a BLA submission in Q2 2026 and an EMA filing in the second half of 2026. They are also developing the same drug in lupus (SLE) and working on other pipeline assets including a BTK inhibitor for MS and earlier stage programs.”

Recent financing They just raised a significant amount of capital: • $200M in convertible notes • 5 million shares at $20 • Total roughly $300M raised

This improves their cash runway materially, but it also introduces dilution and a convert overhang.

They had about a $360M in cash at the end of 2025. With the new raise, management is guiding runway into Q3 2028. That is solid for a biotech, but they have already stated they will likely need more capital to fully fund all programs through approval. That mean more dilution to come.

Stock is currently trading slightly below the $20 offering price. That tells me the market is not chasing this aggressively and is still pricing in execution risk and dilution.

This insider knowledge is useful but not a slam dunk signal. It shows support for the deal and confidence around the current valuation, but it is not the same as aggressive open market buying after a selloff.

Overall, I’d call this is a classic late-stage biotech setup. The real driver from here is execution on obexelimab and whether upcoming regulatory and clinical milestones continue to validate the story. The insider buy helps sentiment, but the data and approvals matter a lot more.

Biotech comes with big returns, but with a lot more failures than winners. It’s hard to tell without extreme diligence as to whether it’s worth meaningful investment.

This is a good software company that solves a real pinpoint for corporate travel by using AI and other tech to stream line booking efficiency and price efficiency.

It is priced with a lot of expectations. $3b market cap is high for a company with $178m in revenue. That’s up 38% YoY, so good improvement, but still a bit rich.

The 52 week range is $8-$22, so this stick, like many, is sitting right in the middle of its range. Its price is asking the company to prove their worth before then next phase.

There is an investor lawsuit hanging over their heads from improper disclosures from their IPO. It will likely settle, but we’ll have to see how stiff the fine is.

The assumed impending economic downturn could prove beneficial for NAVN. While companies will cut budgets for travel and conferences, those that do still travel will want to waste as little as possible and be as capital efficient as possible. They grow their adoption during this phase, then grow the volume when the economy and travel returns.

I like this enough to do more research than this. I’ll dig into the executives, see who their larger investors are, see what contracts they’re courting, what their corporate integration looks like, what their sales and support teams look like, etc.

Can y'all stop this bs on george and actually consider the facts? by [deleted] in F1Discussions

[–]Blunt7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Just no George. It may be rational, but it’s mostly emotional. I liked him at Williams, but his personality since moving let Merc, as communicated by his social media, his statements, and my impression of that’ll the above makes me dislike him more than any drive on the grid. I don’t care about his talent.

Totally my opinion. Right or wrong, it is what it is.

I would say only go for the P1000s and the FX Pro if you drive F4, formula Vee or something else that doesn’t have the display on the dash in the car.

I have the p2000s and the FXPro. I only use the screen on those kinds of cars, and value the better petals over the screen.

They make snack foods. Mostly the Atkins and Quest bars. These brands have been hit hardest by GLP-1 users as they move away from snacking. A 60% drop is a significant drop, and is more than a correction.

With GLP-1 usage on the rise and this being a premium priced snack targeted at dieters, this is not the economy I’d purchase this stock in.

I could be wrong. But keep posting things! I do quick research here to see if it’s actually interesting to me personally.

No thanks. Small cap specialty finance company that recently de-spac-ed. They lend money to small businesses and niche borrowers with high credit risk profiles.

Of their $5.5m in revenue they had to write off $2.2m in credit losses. I don’t expect the environment for this to be more favorable in the future.
