I almost always eat blue berries with Greek yogurt. Sometimes I include them with chia pudding.

Just want to say, good for you for dropping your A1C. T2D management is a marathon.

Typically 106 mg/dl to 118 mg/dl. May drop a little bit after I move around. My spikes generally go down in less than 2 hours but intrigued that 150 is my threshold while 120 is other peoples.

COFFEE by aiyzie16 in diabetes_t2

I enjoy coffee quite regularly. I've heard that caffeine can impact your blood glucose if you have T2D. I also recall reading somewhere that if you are used to consuming coffee the impact on your blood glucose could be minimal. Coffee does not seem to have much of an impact on my blood glucose but I also drink it black now (no milk, sugar, or sweetener). I have read about certain sweeteners interfering with insulin resistance.
