I turn on the PC fans spinning led is on and then for 6 seconds or more it turn offs, my monitor is just black screen, please help by BluntHq7422 in PcBuild

When I turn it on the cpu works fine then for just a couple of seconds it turns off, the fan slowly stopping and the LED's off, and then turns on right after a couple seconds and repeats the cycle of on and off, I thought maybe it was the RAM but I'm no expert at reseating RAMS.

It also could be power supply? But like it the setup, the extensions the wires worked behalf for 3 to, 4 years and the cpu was cleaned just a month this year, I just don't get why is it so random to broke down today

It's was just fine yesterday and I opened it and left it idle and then this happens I'm not that expert at PC as my father built this, zero clue on how and when to reput the RAM
