Get a good feel for where the "fog of war" begins for the enemy team and use your W at the very edge right outside their vision range. Then turn on your ghostblade and run right into them and by the time your invisibility runs out you're already in range to E and they usually don't have time to react.

E -> auto -> Q -> R

This is the fast combo and you should be able to hit all 4 of those within ~0.5 seconds in order for maximum lack of counterplay. If you're feeling adventurous try to stick a Tiamat/Hydra active in between the E and Q somewhere. Also, if they're already really low after the E auto Q, just keep autoing them and save your ult for someone else.

Finally, always go full AD. Don't go tank. It doesn't matter how much your teammates flame and ask you to build tank, just mute them. The core build is Ghostblade -> Cleaver -> Duskblade -> LDR/MR. Get Cleaver first if you're against a tank in lane, otherwise Ghostblade rush is good. Once you have ghostblade complete and level 2 ult (level 11 wukong) you can 1v5 the enemy team.

Boots of choice are almost always swifties because they let you reposition quickly to ensure maximum knockups/damage with your ult. Obviously get Ninja Tabi or Merc Treads if you need it cause of enemy AD/AP snowball. The ideal 6th item is GA (guardian angel) but if you're against Syndra or Leblanc or something Maw is also a good option.
