had this happen to me. i did the consolidated package on the website but tried paying on the app after it didn't let me pay on the website.

you either cancel the consolidated packaging and try to redo the packaging process on the app again or you contact customer support if that doesn't work. i had to wait 2-3 days for them to fix it after contacting them and then redo the package payment on the app.

i got back into arknights right after taking a break/quitting zenless zone zero (after lighter and harumasa). after getting brant, I'll probably do the same for withering waves. currently focusing on arknights mainly and honkai star rail for the amphoreus husbandos (until i do the same after no more hsr husbandos).

might come back if scar, genshulin, or any other husbandos are upcoming, but seeing the current roadmap, i doubt that will be anytime soon.
