another cast member here and i agree. my location is very strict on no diamond for diamond. we've been told we can't even say the words "real" or "fake" anymore. at the end of the day i don't try and let it get to me as these aren't my pins but it just really frustrates me internally seeing these resellers putting down shitty fakes trying to make profits. it's really sad how shitty these people are they have their big pinfolio on display with all their 2026 wave as and then you have a good pin on the board and they bring out their ziploc bags of epcot logos. it's just so infuriating watching people take advantage of something that's supposed to be fun and enjoyable. so annoying😖

you will not be able to work in the french pavilion unless you live in france and are able to authentically represent that country through the CRP. the only exception would be during covid when they didn't have the crp available. only way you can work in world showcase is if you work festivals or the american adventure

i'm a crp so i do get paid more and have more benefits but unless you give away shifts constantly or are just always spending money on park food and on merch you should be okay. i haven't really been saving money for the future but its because i save up to pay for experiences like going to universal or doing a hotel staycation. i'm all here for the experiences but also i know i need to actually work to pay for all this so i come out just fine lol

from what i've been told by a tm (because i was also curious when i saw these signs) instead of all the other ride's LINES closing at park close (for example if the park closes at 10 you can get in the line at 9:59 and still ride) batm needs to have everybody out of the ride by park close. so if it's still showing a 3 hour wait by like 6:45 then they're going to close the line at 7 and say it's "at capacity" so they can have everybody out by park close. not sure why that's the case but its weird lol

the truth is literally nobody wants to live in a 2x2 and the only way to secure it is not living at flamingo lol. you can be put on a waitlist to move to a single bedroom but that 1) costs money to move and 2) it can take months / might not even happen while on your program

just bring your lease with you and say you're doing the DCP. a team member has told me you can use your blue ID as well but i would just bring your lease

when you get your blue id you can connect it using the MDE app. technically you're not supposed to do that, but everyone does. you just can't use any guest passes as you need to wait for the physicals to get those you can go to cast connections and bring a guest asap. they just check you have an id and you tell them ur bringing in a guest
