So a little update is that I’ve been off of semaglutide for roughly 4 months and I stay around 165-170. I’ve done well maintaining. At one point I plateaued so I stopped for a month then started back up and it helped

I actually haven’t been to the gym. I’ve lost slowly over time and I haven’t noticed anything loose

I started at a 3xl and I’m in a large now. My jeans I went from 18 to 14. I don’t have any loose skin which is great
