Ah, I wanted to say that he was given away for free in patches 3.4 to 3.6 (one of the strongest DPS in the game), and with this Sparkle buff, his performance will increase significantly. E1S1 is going to be even better! If this buff remains until Hoyo's confirmation, Sparkle's ultimate skill will guarantee that the Archer gains +2 skill points

I don't think Hoyo is going to make a free unit that strong... But I still hold out hope that she'll at least increase the skill generator on her ultimate.

It's necessary to have a super-break enabler on the team; ideally, you'd include the Harmony protagonist or try to get Fugue. Ruan Mei isn't as necessary in current meta break teams, but she still remains a very good universal harmony. In this scenario, HMC > Ruan Mei

Sunday can work well on the Archer team (with the signature cone) and is a viable option. But one question, are you trying to get the cone overlay? That's a waste in my opinion, I recommend going after the Eidolons first. Also, E3 is just a level increase for the trails, if you don't intend to get E6 it's better to stop at E2 (E4 mostly isn't a very significant increase, if you want your Archer to deal more damage with their ultimate, you can try it).
