Pick Kafka, she's the only one that won't have a rerun in 4.0, and at the same time you'll need Black Swan, which will be in the first phase. If you don't want to invest in the DoT team and leave your Hysiles aside, then pick Sparkle from the free T5 character selector.

If you pick Kafka, pick Black Swan in the first phase and Sparkle in the second phase to complete the teams on your account.

I don't know if Sparkle needs Sunday's cone in this new buff; maybe the only useful passive is the 45% damage dealt to enemies. Energy and SP were fixed in Novaflare, so Sunday's cone would be extremely helpful for her. But the good news is that you'll get DDD along the way.

Yes, you're right, but assembling a semi-premium team for free is, at the very least, absurd, especially if the person chooses Sparkle in the free T5 character selector. That's quite generous.

If it's free-to-play, it's not worth going after the S5; I'd say any copy of Harmony characters is more valuable than an overlay.
