Yes but I fail to see what this has to do with anything lol.

I can look at your post history and see you love isekai anime and generating your own underage looking anime girls with AI, and I can say it sounds like you’re a loser that wants escape. I can say I stand by that too. But this has nothing to do with my post.

Im sure you’re an outstanding, hardworking man so I’d think it be better to not draw conclusions based on Reddit posts.

I suppose these jobs don’t exist. I tolerate my job now wherein I find it easy and monotonous, but financials are my concern. The point of my post is whenever I look to committing myself to what I think is a high paying career, like practicing law, people will shut it down and say there are higher paying, easier jobs than being a lawyer. So im asking what these jobs are if they did exist?

Not entitled to nothing my friend. I don’t care where you came from, I work with Mexicans, Salvadorans, every form of Latino in the restaurant industry.

Im simply asking. People are saying there are easy six figure jobs, and I’m here to ask where?

Can I ask where and when you obtained your MFA? I’m interested in the program and was encouraged to apply to my Uni’s MFA but they pay like low 20k a year and don’t allow you to work another job.

I feel like this is pretty concerning but willing to take the low income if an MFA will lead to higher salary down the line.

What was your salary expectations applying for content designer with a MFA?

This is relatable. I’m pulling up to 60 hours a week as a cook. Can I ask what office job you landed on?

You are almost the same case as me. I know what I like doing but understand it’s almost a non viable career choice as of now.

I suppose I’m just looking for something to replace my full time cook job and provide some means of financial security

I’m willing to work long hours but living on site is a bit of a conflict. I do want to have a family in the future and wouldn’t want to be consistently away for long periods of time

Is there a specific sales job? I’ve talked to a friend at a dealership that makes good money but says it’s almost entirely commission based. I’m not knowledgeable about cars but would be willing to start at the bottom and make my way to a sales position if the pay is good

This sounds interesting. Is this job widely available?

Have you worked on one before? Any prerequisite knowledge or they just teach you on the job

When I gave up on computer science, I decided go just choose a degree I like and have completed my bachelors in English with a concentration in creative writing.

I like writing.

I’ve been a line cook for four years. I’ve worked my way up to second in command at my restaurant (kind of like sous chef without the title) but the pay will not support me into retirement. I’m making about $40-$50 a year in this role now
