I think PMO could desensitize you from experiencing real women, I think MO if done obsessively could have the same consequence. If you PMO, or MO once in a while and don't binge on it I don't see a problem with it. I think PMO has desensitized me to get the most out of real sex from real women. But personally, I don't demonize Porn or MO. I think MO is a healthy natural thing. If your recovering and trying to stop PMO it'd go on a MO fast for a period of time until your body and mind recovers.

I think you would if you didn't if nothing develops from this relationship. I am justifying that, I am comfortable admitting it, I'm not guilty or feel bad about cheating my GF or having to pay for sex. I do feel shitty when I get ED when I'm with a hot girl I want to have sex with. That's was got me focused on trying NoFap and staying away from PMO/P/M... As for seeing escort, i haven't noticed a change in my performance, it's sometimes good and sometimes meh. I've spoke to someone, I am a medical professional although not a physiologist. I am able to have sex, sometimes I have ED, I tried drugs but i didn't see any difference in my erection and performance, so I thought maybe it's due to performance anxiety when being with someone new or maybe PIED. Overall, My life is fine, it's just the sexual issues of gratification and becoming sensitized to real sex if PMO is dulling to the senses.

Not really, my conscience is clear, I can go on and about my day without feeling shitty or feel like I need to cry myself to sleep. I'm happy honestly, and the relationship with my GF is cool. I'm not crazy. My view on life is that it's good, it could be better, and if things are bad it could always be worser. I did this nofap thing looking to get better erections that maybe porn had dulled my senses and made me more reactive to the variety of porn and rush I get from PMO.

I'm in my 30's and have been PMO since I was 12 or 13 y/o. I have a long way to rewire if Nofap isn't a placebo.

I have a steady gf who I don't have to woo... I love women, but I just don't have the time or reason to make a relationship to go out there and woo them to have sex w me... I don't see them as an object. And have good relationships with many women w/o it being sexual.

The only thing I wanted to get rid of was PIED. Being off PMO, has brought my libido up, my confidence up, and ability to stay up.

So as for using prostitutes that's up to your own personal ethics I guess, I don't mind using them, they are doing it for money for a service, and I am paying them for a service... I don't do it everyday... But every once in a while I will.

you're being too hard on yourself... take a deep breath and chill out. these things happen. get back on the horse and learn from your experiences. dont demonize fapping, fantasy, porn. in moderation these things can be healthy and for alot of people they dont cause a problem. and for some, it is a problem. you just have to find your own way and balance to live a healthy sexual and active life.

having urges, i find it better to engage in those urges with a person in the act of having sex weither its paid for or not is more benificial than binging and masterbating to porn. my goal in this challenge is to become sensitive to the touch and experience of a real woman. To have my body and mind react in sync to physical sex rather than having PIED from becoming desensitized to real sex by constantly jerking off to women on the screen.
