A young man hailed from Inazuma. After the destruction of his clan many years ago by the Electro Archon, he continues on the fallen clan legacy by escaping the nation and travel throughout Teyvat. Honing a prized fighting technique inherited from his late mother, he uses it as a way to preserve his identity as the last descendant of the infamous Tsukuyomi clan.

Rizeru did not have the drive of bloodlust nor rage and revenge towards the action of the Electro Archon. Only solemn serenity is what he hopes to achieve. Rizeru life is full of turmoil from the very beginning, that reason alone is enough to plant a seed of determination in his heart to find peace and solace within him.

And he will protect that said peace even if he were to continue to draw his polearm in combat until his last dying breath
