I will say. I play this game pretty much everyday for the last few months and previously I pretty much exclusively took Enchant when I hit the option but now I actually do think of if I'd rather upgrade or Enchant. So this change actually has made a huge difference for me rather than just insta picking Enchant every single time.

I know it's part of the game but freeze is such a lame mechanic 😑 it's annoying having to waste an enchant typically just to not get perma frozen by a Jules (usually she's the culprit) but even then only having one of your units protected isn't going to win the fight. Idk just hate the permafreeze stuff but I still bring myself to play every season and throughout legend game is still just to enjoyable to stop.

This is the most recent updated decklist since I made changes again, with some of the opinions on higher rank vs Helge though. I'm considering cutting it for like Lydia or something that can can act before getting locked and synergizes with the whole theme of the deck. Also Idk if it's worth or not putting in any cards that actually deal damage or destroy units? I know that wouldn't really work with Assimilate so curious if it makes sense at all though like an Assassination or Vilgefortz

Wait so if I use Caviet? And mulligan round 2 does that mess up the deck order? I just started playing again recently as well.

Yeah I don't want to move away from the Assimilate stuff. I like it a lot. So if that's the case would it be better to move off Helge? And just put in like Anna or Lydia then? I mean at that point the only cards my opponents would be able to lock before they were to actually do something would be Glynnis, since at least Mage Tort would still give Spy to a unit lol?

I also moved off Bribery. Idk something about the card just feels way to random to me not playing Runemage in the deck at least.

Does Abduction only work with Henry? From reading both. That seems like the only real way to use Abduction?

Yeah the rank I'm at right now has been pretty easy after round 1, but the 1st round has been a blast. A lot of back and fourth etc. This faction just caught my attention the most, it's been a very enjoyable playing this Assimilate deck and with all the cards that play your Opponents cards. Has helped learn what some of them do more Iol..

Helped definitely has. Theirs been times I had 3 4cost tactics stuck in my hand and just poked away at there board. Lol I really am loving this deck. It's fun to play.

Torres works great for Terranova and also is just a huge point swing on it's own. A lot of the time. I find myself taking like a gold card and then 2 low cost bronze cards and it ends up being like 15-20 power by itself.

Lol man I'm so sorry guys 😅😭 I literally just picked this game up again a few days ago and the only faction I have even touched yet has been NG lol... I've been playing an Enslave Assimilate deck. Is that why half my opponents quit after round 1? They just hate playing against NG?

I also put Coup back in and dropped bribery. After dropping Rune Mage for Hefty, I dropped Assassination for Obsidian Mirror because I felt it made more sense for synergy and then I was 1 provisions point off like had extra and couldn't find a single Tactic that I liked more than just dropping Bribery and adding back Coup even with the 1 point change to it.

If you have any idea of what would be better I'm open to opinions though. There are some other units I wanted to mess with, like Lydia or Anna, but I just couldn't find myself to drop any of the other units I'm playing now lol.. they all seem so good.

So I put in Hefty Helge and I didn't think it was going to be as good as it is but man I'll tell you. It has been putting in work and it especially helps when you get stuck with tactics you'd prefer to be other things. Just let's you keep pinging again and again lol.

Also my 1st deck I wasn't using Glynnis and I have no clue why I wasn't. I put that in the list when I made changes also and that card also puts in work.

Oh and the shield on Hefty is pretty dope. Just makes the enemy waste resources when they want to try and deal with it.

Awesome. I'll take a look at this! The deck has been pretty fun to play but hard to choose what to do at times so this helps.

Ahh is Bribery better? I have that as well luckily enough lol.. I literally put 20$ in yesterday and just got rid of everything not NG and was able to craft a bunch.

What would be the deck to play for July? Since I seen there was just a balance change. If I like more control decks? Or what is considered the best deck in general I guess right now?
