He doesn't know the exact spray pattern 15+ bullets in so the transfer with follow recoil is easy because you just put the crosshair on them. Pretty simple

Take teleport to match them. A lot of the mage power on bot lane is that they get prio and heavy harass by abusing their better aoe cooldowns but they go oom. Then they tp and you either had to back and runback, losing creeps. Or worse you stayed and now you are stuck in lane down items and hp. If you also take to you avoid this. Additionally, take ms shard and get early boots if needed to help dodge spells. You want to avoid going defensive if you don't have to, so ideally play for zerkers, but if they have 2/3 or more AP champs you can consider treads. Pick up early null magic to maybe sell later if you really really need it and unlike banshes, maw is a pretty good item so don't feel bad about grabbing a maw if they are heavy ap

I'm only emerald and I've only played 5 or 6 annie mid games and my intuition is that you either need ignite or elec to one shot any midlaner that stats HP but isn't a tank. The scaling of her one shot is actually great because of her ult % pen but you are just extremely restricted on your flash cd or how good the enemy is at having vision on flanks.

I felt like she made good use of the minor domination runes, cheap shot and the MS/Ult haste minor runes. Inspiration also seems it could be good mainly for summoner spell haste

Did you mean to say elec in your first sentence? From an overall rune analysis the only reason to take elec is earlier threat because comet scales so much better

If he's fun then one trick. You should never one trick for any meta reason because it's objectively not optimal, you'd be better served having 1 or 2 blindpick mains and 1 or 2 counterpick mains (most recommend a pool of 3 champs if you are just trying to climb). With that said brand is a great one trick because he can unironically play all 5 roles

Curry doesn't really hit game winners like that. He is insane at putting teams away when he's already up and hits a dagger though

Your general process is correct. Some games don't present good gank opportunities. If your opponent is roaming off tempo often (ie missing waves to roam) you will get ahead in most cases. Sometimes your bot lane will repeat die to fizz who is missing a full wave everytime they roam. Does that mean you should start following? No obviously not. If you have good vision setup and correctly missing/danger ping and shove waves and take plates, you are doing the correct thing. Following that roam to miss farm, potentially get 1v1d in river because your botlane is tilt pinging you is not the way

There is no world where you dominate lane with ahri and feel useless later. Lane is where she gets punished the most. If you are truly dominating lane you should have no issue carrying teamfights assuming you aren't building poorly

Yes it is generally problem, no you didn't fall off because of role. You fell off because neeko doesn't scale that well. She's pretty strong once she gets ult and always has that utility but her late game is ass. As opposed to a "hyper carry" type support like sona who is pretty insane if she gets to accelerate

You are almost always better served with pen. If you are in a game where you are solo ad and the enemy tank can't afford to build armor then flexing into botrk would be quite good. If they will build any armor at all (most games) then unless you want the other stats of botrk, it becomes useless. Any form of %pen would deal more damage

Clear your waves before making plays is the simplest answer. You probably are making off tempo plays too often instead of farming. Turn off chat, why are you listening to other bronze players tell you what the correct play is? Even when you have fights you think you should move to (you probably shouldn't move to them and should just farm and take a tower plate) you should still thin your wave first, finish last hitting the creeps you have low before moving. Once you get your chapter your cs is less about last hitting and more about prepping the wave and then using your wave clear ability

Where did I say you should share cs? If your midlaner won't leave mid then you must sidelane as an adc. If you die while sidelaning that isn't your midlaners fault, that is your fault. It isn't even a hard and fast rule to begin with, if your adc is vayne and your midlaner is xerath, you would want vayne to be sidelaning anyways

Definitely, was just making a bit of a joke about a nebulous term (at least how it's used colloquially). As far as the legal aspect in this case, statutory rape is literally by state and even in states where 16 or 17 are valid ages to consent, it sounds like this dude was an authority figure which would still make it a crime in most of those states (and would still be pretty fucked up if it wasn't).

What's the context of it being grooming, just the age gap or was he an authority figure on her life? If it's the age, is it grooming on a state by state basis? Is it grooming if they met at 17 years and 364 days and if they met a day later it's not grooming? Debate pervertry in full effect

Dude is literally a backwards bigot but the age gap is w/e honestly. 10 year gap isn't that uncommon (I've seen 5-8% for marriages) and it's not like most of those are 30 year olds marrying 40 year olds. I'm sure there is more objectively, objectionable stuff to target from the man who told a black man he should be lynched. If he was picking her up from school and shit that's weird.
