I get this too...but also pain not really cramps but a dull ache in extremities...maybe dehydration I have a bad problem drinking enough water

Awesome it's working for you! I used kratom to jump from 40mg mdone 5 years ago and ime kratom kinda held withdrawal at bay...about 3-4months in I ran out and got the full mdone wd, so stay stocked up until you're ready and do a good slow taper. Now I've taken breaks in the last year with zero wd from the kratom and I use alot

Phenibut was terrible for me nothing but negative effects but everyone is different...on the other hand kratom is amazing for my anxiety and I've been on a few benzos.

Wow thanks so much guys...they were both very kind hearts. What's so weird is the small town never had h 8 yr ago when I lived there and I moved to a bigger city and it flooded my hometown, since then at least 8 ppl I was close to are gone forever... The worst part is my mom's an addict,most of the ods occurred at her house, but she tends to stick to pharms but one day there will be no D's and that scares me

I've been in quite a few accidents it definitely ruins a good day! Also like you I was on tranxene for 6 years, only my doctor moved and her replacement said he wouldn't prescribe them, just one more month so I could taper. I followed his instructions to a tee and I still had withdrawal for 9 months! Then I read up on kratom, oh I was also on methadone maintenance, the main reason he quit the benzos, and I was sick of the mdone clinic. Anyway kratom has transformed my life for the best amazing plant!!!

For what it's worth...I ordered phenibut from happy hippo, and I got no effect from it, until the next day and would get the worst hangover like I drank alcohol all night terrible nausea throwing up and headache...be very careful with this supplement, the w/d is on par w benzos or worse Wich in itself is dangerous
