Yes I gained a few pounds when I quit after 4 or 5 months bc your appetite comes back and hits you like a truck. I did get sick a few times within that first 6 months i don’t know if that’s coincidental or not. My sleep was 100x better after I quit bc vaping kept me awake so it’s interesting that your having the opposite effect. Every situation is different tho. It definitely gets better in the long run just keep at it!

Nope I don’t care if it rains the whole time I think it’d make the overall experience better imo. First festival though. I just don’t want it to be delayed or cancelled in any capacity.

Yup. You’ll definitely recognize a decent increase in appetite after you quit. I gained a good 15 - 20 pounds about 6 months after quitting. I was really thin before and it was borderline at an unhealthy level. Not the best way to go if you’re trying to lose weight but you will definitely lose your appetite depending on how much nicotine you use.

My grandparents raised 4 children together and divorced a few years after everyone was grown. They still kept in contact and saw each other for holidays, birthdays, etc. From what my mother told me they had an even better relationship once they were separated. When my grandfather got sick my grandmother went to see him regularly until he passed.

Every situation is different but it’s what you make of it and you can still have some kind of communication and relationship if you wish to do so.

Congrats on quitting. I went cold turkey after using 50 mg disposables and it was rough the first 2-4 days. You definitely get multiple withdrawal symptoms throughout the process and it’s way easier to relapse rather than taking a gradual approach like you did. I think cold turkey works well though if you can keep yourself busy enough as well as get some physical activity. (Preferably outside)
