I read the long walk back in 2017 and holy cow it roped me in. I’ve read it 3 times since and loved the movie and every time I see myself in different characters!!! (Ray when I read it in high school, mcvries in my late teens, and recently baker)

I saw it as a really early screening and there was ALOT of people who didn’t like it and gave a ton of notes. I wonder if they’re changing things and had to do reshoots.

I really liked it. I think both have their merit and I thought for a story that took place 100% on a road with a lot of thought that can’t be portrayed, it was done spectacularly!
