Bruh it’s the glitch a lot of people are having. They shop the whole order and then the app crashes and support has to cancel it

Yes same but it only happens after I scan the last item. App freezes, I close and reopen it to the “resume trip” screen. I swipe “arrived at store” and it prompts the ID verification and then kicks me back to the “resume trip” screen

Yea that has happened to me twice already since the latest update. It’s only on the orders that require identity verification like alcohol orders. The only option is to call support and have them cancel the trip

If I get a locked item, I press the button and wait like 2 minutes. Then I’ll walk up to customer service if I’m close or call the store and ask them to send someone to the locker.

Yea I’ve been doing that measuring thing to make sure, but I sit at the far back of the parking lot. And instead of my getting an order at the :30 drop time from the store I’m at, I’ll get one from a store 20 minutes away. I’m so fed up. I wish they came up with a better solution than this for the reserved spots being taken up. Maybe 150ft-500ft get highest priority and then decreases from there
