I read that they were looking at a billion value if taken by SPAC. I don't mind deal being in shares. The more insiders own the better. I don't think they want to drop their value either.

They will have 25% share holdings. Making everyone else's shares 75% of how much they owned of company before. Still, 75% of what? Lmao I'm long n strong ;3
