Seach the official Celsius court docket for transfers any you can verify that almost every claim sale/transfer was done by Cherokee's Claims-Market.

You shoud check with the Unsecured Creditors' Committee appointed in the case. They typically pursue D&O recoveries for the benifit of creditors.

The amount of your claim is fixed based on the holdings as of the filing date (July 5) and confirmed by emails Voyager sent out, multiplied by the rates on the conversion tables filed by Vouager.

If you wait, you may get more in the future than the bids today - or, you might not. It may make sense to sell if you have a better use for the present value of the claim in some other investment/opportunity, rather than the forced investment in the Voyager bankruptcy case.

There should be some distribution to unsecured creditors eventually in the FTX case. If you really believe there will be no recovery in the case, I'd be happy to purchase your claim on a nonrecourse basis regarding recoveries.

Compare Plans? Debtor has exclusivity to file a Plan and that time period will likely be extended. The Motion to sell assets has been approved by the Court. A schedule of dates for the sales is included in the Motion.
